本人剛剛入職~有d a/c 問題想問下大家~thx~

我用a/c system 入左香港公司的單,攞住香港公司的current a/c的 entry ,

之後對返同大陸公司的transaction 是否有出現,

不過.....有d 唔明, 香港公司係DR.internet charge $100, CR.大陸公司 $100,

咁大陸公司係唔係咁入呢??這double entry對不對呢??--> DR. 香港公司 $100, CR. current a/c $100,

香港公司cr. 大陸公司, 咁大陸公司是否一定dr. 香港公司呢?

如果香港公司dr. 大陸公司, but....大陸公司又dr. 香港公司....咁又點改呢??

If HK books recorded Internet charge 100 (Dr) and China Factory 100 (Cr); that’s mean China Factory made a payment on behalf of HK Co. In China’s book, the correspondent entries should be HK Co. Current Accounts 100 (Dr) and Cash/ Bank 100 (Cr). I hope this help!

If your "current a/c" means checking a/c, it is correct accountingwise.

However, you should check why making the PRC expenses lower and pay higher tax.

For the next question, always in the opposite is correct.

For the third question, double the amount in the book of the error making entity.
