for reservation,
they normally work with sales department,
some hotels group them into sales department,
their main responsibillities type in reservation, handle call-in booking
on shift work, normally untill 8pm only


for telephone operater,
they handle all in/out calls on the hotel,
set morning calls,
this position good for retired , on time work, on time off

for front desk,
check in/out
handle guest complaint
salary: 7k-10k + up sale BONUS depands on how many star the hotel is
always ototot, stand all day but chanllenge

for bell,
handle all the laguagges
deliver the mails/news paper,
normally they dont have to bring purse to work
because they have tips everyday,
if u really wanna work on hotel and make money,
this is the first choice but its really really hard
