I tried saunas at Media Sheraton Hotel.  It provided HJ at the health club and could have full course if you asked for massage in the room.  The other place is called the Golden Hotel, a fun place.

Btw, I stay in Shangri-la and went to the bar in the hotel.  The change is $700,000rp for 2 hrs    
any suggestion near around my hotel?

The Pub at the basement of Shangri-la named BATS, all working girls are like bats.  You will agree if you have seen them.  The best place to be visited in Jakarta is Hotel Alexis.  Just tell the bell boy at Shangri-la you want a cab to Hotel Alexis, it's okay, easy and safe.

There is a SPA at the 8th (Top) floor, full of bgs from PRC, Russia, Thailand and Local, charges from Rp. 1 - 1.8 m.  The manager will come to you and take bgs to you for selection when you sit down at the rest area.  You will have 1.5 hours to spend with the bgs you chosed, normally customers will take the bgs to the pool side for bathing and sauna together prior to go to room.
