Very eager to hear your analysis, wash my ears to listen.

I personally feel that markets may hold for a while until that day US and Europe start normalising their interest rates, or tightening money supply, which may happen in 2011.

mtpen c-hing, no, I do not intend to do that, you are right, the markets are the main reasons to be blamed, and I found that the choices of fund is very important and determine the results.

HSBC is the biggest MPF provider in HK, , so cannot say it is not good. HSBC MPF Balanced Fund should have gained above 25% up to 31 Aug. 2010 since 1 Dec. 2000. For Hang Seng sand Growth fund, the gain should be even more. ( HSBC MPF Hong Kong and Chinese Equity Fund, the Dec. 2000 to Aug 2010 return was about 63%. Not have the figure for Conservative.

Lady Sue, not necessarily no way, as you mentioned you have changed job in the past, do you have preserved account ? as long as one has more than one MPF provider account, I thought he /she can move the money between different provider. May be can check that.
