To be successful, youshould meet the following requirements:

Tertiary/university education, preferably infinance, business or related disciplines
·
At least one year working experience in anydiscipline except insurance sales and Bancassurance
·
Good level of verbal English and Cantoneseand preferably Putonghua
·
Excellent communication, interpersonal andmotivational skills
·
Candiate with less experenice will beconsider as Premier Business Executive Trainee
