It seems Windsor can't keep their sub management employees happy and the turnover is high !

Pity ... these are the very people who remembers the repeat customer and knows their likes and dislikes so they know who to recommend !

How can staff be happy if they cut the salary of the staff
Their base salary is low something like min. wages
Plus the tips include reaching the number of customers target changed
For example, it used to be 120 target, that means if daily customer reach 120 or above, say 150
They will get 150-120 x ($10) = $300, different level has different tips scale ($10, $20, $50)
The average for Windsor daily customer count I think is about 160 to170
In the past they get say 170-120 = 50 x $10 =  500
But now it become 170 - 150 = 20 x $10 = $200
It's a big cut in tips
That's why last night when I went there, most of the staff seem unhappy

Is this true?  I think it is due to the delay of opening of 2nd floor.  This will delay the growth of customers.   I am not happy too becasue sometimes I have to wait for a long time to wait for rooms.

I been to Windsor last night , full of people because of Soccer.  I asked the situation.  It is not exactly as Makemyday said.

it is about #5468, minium wages.    Don't bother too much. I never treat it too seriouly.   I do what I belive to be right.  I pay tips to good services. If they are good to me, I will be good to them.  Anyway, I don't do things which may hurt them except when I was very angry and upset. I come to relax and enjoy and nothing else.

I don't understand.  What you are saying is that MMD's stated formulas are for calculating service personnels' daily wages (not tips)?  So, at the end of the month, an employee's mininum wages can be so highly variable, solely dependant on the daily customer count and calculations by management?

BTW, I am not so serious in what Mr. MMD said. However, what he said could be a good guidance to us. If you don't believe what he said, you can think another way round, then it will be the fact. So the speech of Mr. MMD is sometimes welcomed.
