thx for info again, again, and again...i will still try to ask for coupon each time, see if they will give away

The reason why I am insistent is,
while you rely on your past experience
(which was a temporary measure of giving away coupons
unconditionally during first few days),
I get regular updates from the staff, and,
as you can see, I get info from the sauna owner right from the beginning.
If you ask any of the management whether they have given away
coupons during that 'grace period', they will admit.
But if you ask them if they now still give away coupons to
customers who pay the already-discounted charges during discount hours,
they will definitely say no.
Of course I myself was also given coupons unconditionally
during the first week commencing (and even before) 11 Feb.
I simply do not want reading fellow members here to get
confused with payment issues.
You have total freedom to try and ask for coupons,
but to say you will definitely get coupons now irrespective of conditions
(in your previous posts) is misleading and causing confusion.

i agree let's forget about the coupon issue, let's continue to enjoy sauna

where are all the pr last nite? i went at night and there was only 1 pr, and most of them were waiters and 1 waitress only...it was a weird scene...
maybe all of u think i have problem, but the locker men disappointed me once again, it was unacceptable so i didn't pay a dollar tip this time...
this was the worst service i ever get...a locker man just opened the door for me and left me alone there, so i had to put my clothes into the locker myself...
also when i was leaving, locker man handed me the clothes but no one brought me to the cashier so i had to walk out alone and asked for the bill...it was just not a good feeling at all...maybe i expected too much for $592

ALWAYS  at least 2 PRs (and sometimes/often 3).
Late at night: If Fai is off, 水 is present (Either of them is the night time in charge). Then you have Shirley/ Cici, or even both (they are junior). 老總寶文sometimes stays till midnight.
But note one or two of them may be in the VIP rooms serving guests or have gone to usher guests into
massage rooms.
So if the rest lounge does not have too many customers, it is acceptable to have
only one PR, but not for long.


Waiters do not usually usher you from the dressing table to the pay counter;
they simply extend a hand to indicate/remind you the way.
They may take you the few steps (really a few steps isn't it?)
if they are not particularly busy.
Of course, they 'shout out' your locker no/surname to the counter.

You wouldn't say you were drunk again and hence have forgoten about it this time, would you?


If they shouted out your no/surname, and still extended a hand but did not go so far as to
take you the only few steps round the corner to the counter,
I think it is still acceptable.

so you entered last night before 10 pm. But I still look forward to
a future time when you enter after 10 pm, and should you ask for a coupon
after paying discounted charges, how they will respond to you.

thx for your concern again...
this time is unacceptable, no one walk me to the counter neither shout out my name to remind the cashier i was going out...i just put on my shoe and walked to the cashier all alone and quietly...so i didn't pay a dollar tip to the locker man and the cashier...the point is it wasn't a busy moment at all, there were just me and a new customer taking off his shoes
