【 阿標 搵 洐 】

  為食的阿標 經常在「飲飲食食」版東拉西扯,言不及義!嘻嘻,在繁忙工作中,倒算是尋得心靈與口福的小樂土,與版友們暢談聊天,既能增廣飲食見聞,又可交換吃喝資訊,不亦快哉!

  不過,阿標不敢不認,自己的胡言亂語,經常文不對題
    所謂:離題十萬丈,拉扯三千里!   阿標的寫照也!

如此一來,不但阿標經常找不回還未說完的話題,其它版友也無從得知題內說的已是其它東西

阿標諗諗下,不若開番一題【 阿標 搵 洐 】,拉扯一下阿標在M食路途上的尋尋覓覓,得得失失,雖然有點像拉高自已件衫,公開地亮出胖胖的肚腩與肚臍,總有些羞怯怯的別扭感覺 ,不過,反正阿標在別版已有【 阿標 睇 電視 】,早把個人十大私嗜之一曝光,所以,這堣]不怕把其二繼續獻醜了!

最近睇緊一本書 ~~~ 食"樂"有文化,作者 吳瑞卿
哩本並唔係一本"搵食"既書
不過我相信 moxfactor 兄 & bill 兄會有興趣
無聊時,不妨一看 !!!

  我在二千年前的五六年間,差不多每年都有整周時間在荷蘭悠閒地逛逛吃吃,但從未遇上傳說中的純種大閘蟹!     嘻嘻,這個久不久就會出現在文字媒介上的美麗傳說,實在要找機會趁蟹季時,再到阿姆斯特丹一次才能考證!

    嘻嘻,這類正正是阿標會買會看的書種,這本剛巧手頭上已有了! u瑞卿以前我曾遇上過,她的電台節目也很有印象,相信是同道中人!    你見到好野請繼續通知,謝謝介紹,!

  早前一點點的 作者/學者 如 逯耀東 和 唐魯孫 的飲食閒書不知你有沒有看過,雖然時代背景不同,但亦有異曲同工之妙!

esp the Moet Rose, Moet NV is nothing, the 1996 vintage is fair. However, the rose is value for money. With good acidity and body and hints of fruit and cherry, although i still think the bubble is not smooth enough. overall, a lovely and easy drinking Champaigne. Also, the White wine is high in acidity, full of mineral and cat's piss.  the fruit should be green apple, pineapple and a bit slightly guava. Lovely! i like the white wine of this reason much. Tailawyau gor is also fans of white wine of this region!

lol, getting into topics about alcohol... my parents drink wine, but i never caught on to the taste.  however, i was taught by an ex-gf about drinking sherry, and high school friends drink absinthe, and i have a penchant for bourbon and scotch.  otherwise, i know a little about how to mix drinks.  i think cocktails are underrated in HK, but that's just my opinion.

i have some degree of allergic reaction to alcohol, so i drink very little, but i do love a good Georgia-style Mint Julep.

2 sprigs Mint Leaves
1 tsp. Powdered Sugar
1 1/2 oz. Brandy
1 oz. Peach Flavoured Brandy

Place mint leaves in collins glass with ice. Add 1 teaspoon sugar and a little water. Muddle, then fill with brandy and peach liqueur. Decorate with mint leaves.

   不扮高深, 食野與飲酒一樣,至緊要開心 !!  

   阿標空有一班開心飲食朋友和不乏的飲食場合,經常有東試西食輕嚐淺酌的機會,卻偏偏天生身體屬於缺少了一個代謝酒精 (乙醇 Ethanol) 的催化劑 ( 乙醛去氫J Aldehyde Dehydrogenase ) 的那一類人!    往往三滴酒精進肚後瞬間便誇張地臉紅耳赤 ,變了關公一樣,有時甚至吃兩塊醉▽K蟹也不能倖免,失禮之至!

  嘻嘻,所以阿標至今在酒類鑑別和喜惡上仍停留在學前小朋友階段,衹喜歡醇厚帶果香的白酒,桃味是阿標首選,跟小朋友喜歡可樂差不多,呵呵,難登大雅之堂,亦無從得享一眾酒仙版友們沉醉於品嚐醇醪之樂,真係可憐!

  何去何從 鍾意 apple cider 和 自家釀製梅酒,阿標醜醜地認左最鍾意桃味白酒和 Eiswein 之類甜酒,都可以算是學前小朋友同級生,嘻嘻!

Moet Rose 少少偏甜, 淨飲個人覺得有d涸喉, 唔係太欣賞, 不過配三文魚應該幾好

pouilly fume 呢支未飲過, 不過一般果味就無新世界酒咁香, 反而礦物同酸度就會好好多, 唔知同個龍蝦汁會夾成點?

du glana 係支 Cru Bourgeois Superieur, 大路波爾多野, 配和牛應該無問題, actually 應該會幾好添

food and wine matching 其實幾大路, 不過已經可以話係十分不俗, 請問係邊間呢?

so rich.........!!

i always tell those not very tolerated to alcohol to drink German wine
less alcohol, normally 8%, full of flower and fruit, variety of sweetness and easy drinking, what a pleasant wine!!
if u like a bit sweet u can but Riesling Kabinnet or Riesling Spatlese,
Riesling Auslese and eiswien are more sweet. ( it is the different grading for suger level)
u can buy the brand such as Dr Loosen or JJ Prum. even any brand in Watson's wine cellar. 2005 and 2006 are good yr to enjoy

但係我飲烈酒冇咁大問題, 反而飲啤/香檳/15%或以下既酒就出事.  有次手臂捽跌打酒都wing wing地...  飲2-3杯glenfiddich反而面都唔紅...

  哈哈,真係幾誇張! 阿標也不過是呷兩口啤酒便即時臉紅耳赤而已!

人人天生體質不同,身體對酒精等入口外物反應有異,故此在飲飲食食方面,也養成不同的口味和好惡習慣! 阿標早兩年睇過一些研究文章的撮要報導,說世界上大約有 10% 的人,舌頭上的味蕾,天生遠遠比其它 90% 的人多,可以多至十倍!

這些天生具有超級舌頭的人,對食物飲食好惡,是否會被先天體質結構影鄔O? 真是想想都有趣!    嘻嘻,阿標有些朋友誓死不吃苦瓜,經常令阿標直覺地認為他/她們是那些天生有超級吞頭的人!



標兄離題離得好鬼正,色香味好誘人啊
