Can not connect to Forum.timway.com from oversea

Hi Experts,

I was on travel to China, Vietnam and S. Korea recently (Oct-Dec 2008)and I was unable to connect to Forum.timway.com. I recalled that Idon't have any problem before.

Is there any change lately to the website or hosting server that it is not allowed to connect forum.timway.com from oversea ?

The Server is very slow or even stopped when connected from overseas.
But you may try to use IP instead, which works in China.
The IP are
59.188.23.228
or 59.188.23.229
They are slow but workable.
