Actually, we won't allow any illegal stuff here. If there is any such kind of stuff, you have the responsibility to press the button to let us know. And not making it big.

Every forum will face such kinds of illegal stuff, but it is not good to make it big... though we're not afraid to be public on the media... it can be very good to our hit rate... and also, I repeat, we don't encourage any illegal stuff here... but legal threatening or media threatening is not moral to us. We can discuss instead. Pls keep us a good information sharing instead of censoring... The reason why someone is banned because they want to use the media or pollice to censor our forum... but the media and police is already very used to it... even like TVB or magazines... so, pls don't threaten us anymore. And I'm no longer afraid of this kind of threatening... again, if you find problem stuff, just report to us. Thanks.

Anyway, it is undone/unbanned already.
And her sayings are really strong and very threatening...
I've unbanned her to let you all understand what is going on here... some members become very obsessed with censoring our board like 明X社. Our forum will become 秋天的童話的翻版...

Maybe, xocat, you need to give us a list of the kinds of unwelcome speech as an annex to the established forum rules.

When such a list is not yet exhaustive, please simply delete a particular piece of speech undesirable in your eyes without automatically banning the speaker, especially when there is as yet no explicit provision against that kind of speech in the forum rules.

Your purpose is to stop people making things big; to achieve that you need not ban the speaker automatically/in the first instance. After the necessary deletion, make an announcement right on the spot to make people learn not to follow in the 'offender's footsteps. After all, 小潔's utterance was most probably the first of its kind on our forum. There is no precedent. Let your ruling (without a ban) be the precedent, and anyone who does the same next time will be banned, ok??

I would not agree that 'common sense' necessarily steers us away from the 'don'ts' in your mind, given your style of 「無為而治」(or such you claim) in the past.

We simply have no idea, though I am aware that there is a provision against煽動言論 in general. But your style in the past was a tendency to first warn and rebuke before killing.

We are just not used to it.
Help us comply with you without having to 'live in fear' at the same time.
Help us get to know the limits to our freedom of speech here. Or we can work them out together with more mutual understanding and forgiving.

Now that you seem to have changed style somewhat and become more restrictive, specify your tattoos and prohibitions first before they take their punitive 懲罰性effect.

Don't you agree that mutual understanding and forgiving is the solution to the current crisis?

為何大版主不在炮艇工兵網友之相關標題內解答小潔網友被ban之原因？討論區不是應該儘量避免同一話題於不同之thread內討論嗎？

本人認為，當大事者該勇於面對及承擔問題，此乃大將之風也。

I agree. But since this is quite a concern to quite a lot of members, my replies might not be seen easily by others. So, I decided to create a new thread.

首先,多謝解封。

其次,作為一個資深會員,小妹犯了一個似小實大既嚴重錯誤,

何為似小錯誤呢?
原因很簡單,正常視力及正常閱讀能力的會員應看得出係引言問題,
小妹下文回覆的,與上文格格不入。

何為實為大錯誤呢 ?
原因亦很簡單,敏感時期小妹作為一位資深會員,出post如此的唔清唔楚,引言問題引致加重大版主在這個時候的工作量,心力交瘁,小妹著實過意不去。

補救辦法小妹暫時只想到:
1.小出post,(但又不想如此的嘛,我對這裡是有感情的您 zi dao ma ?)
2. 盡量將文字放大。

大版主,言行一致,唯才是用,棄用耳,雪亮眼莫只看事情表面。

再一次謝謝你如此的寛大胸襟,大將之風令小妹非常之欽敬 !!

打回原形喇..Wahahahahaaaa!!!!

在此非常時期, 請大版主多上來,
留意一下會員的不滿,
留意一下成人版內,
有些非常出位的言論,
如洗樓射鞋, 偷內衣的分享, 11歲破處等等.
各會員關心是因為不想xocatII像141,161 等網站被封.
大家的出發點是為xocatII 好, 不是存心攪事.
只是大版主沒有回應,以致事情發展到這個地步.

就算律師都有唔同既法律觀點架喇...如果唔係洗鬼打官司呀....有法律知識就一定o岩架喇....
