you are not transferring shares but ask the company to buy back the shares allotted to you. if i remember correctly, this requires 75% of shareholders consent in a shareholders' meeting. are you holding 75% or more shares in the company?  if yes, you still need to check the quorum for holding a meetign in the Articles of Association.  If it requires the presence of 2 or more shareholders, you cannot hold such meeting by yourself and you need to make an application to court for holding such meeting.

further, i notice that you have assisted your boyfriend to process certain documents.  If you have been negligent in processing such documents or you are found to be negligent, then you may be found liable personally.
