Looking at the pics again and after doing a little research I think I know what style those heels are
It's an older-spec Decoltissimo which has apparently been discontinued
However, I'm not sure what heel height OP has, could be 85 or 100

Not to be confused with current-spec Pigalle, Decollette or So Kate
The Decoltissimo in particular features a different vamp (also deeper toe box) design which looks more pointy than the current models
So if OP has his hands on the Decoltissimo then it's definitely his fortune (and our envy)
The Decoltissimo100 clearly has the better proportions for a typical classic pump... not to mention a hornier one so to speak
Perhaps someone should petition to the actual Louboutin guy to have this style revived
