Practising English conversations....

I need using English to do my job.  I  am acutally satisifed with my Grammar, ... etc., but not my listening and speaking skills in English...  I have checked so many advertisements on English Free Talk but they are too expensive to me (e.g. HK$200 odd dollars per 50 mins... )  If any gentlemen or ladies do have any ideas or tutors (not so expensive) or otherwise to introduce to me, I would be more than happy to know.  I do not mind advertising responses, provided that these are good ads.  Thank you very much in advance.
