I can confirm that from 1968-1974 (could be earlier than 1968 or later than 1974), the ferry pier to Kwun Tong and Sam Ka Chuen (Lei U Mun) is situated at Hing Man Street. I took the ferry to Kwun Tong from time to time after school and after church, and that's why I'm quite certain over this. One thing unfortunate is that I did not appear to have taken any photo showing the pier. Anyway, I'll try if I do. If so, I'll post them here.
