Hoinan is a tourist area. A chopper has been sharpened anytime and ready to chop to tourists' head.
All taxi drivers they would show you their "Tour Guide Licence" , and tell you they only charge you $100 taxi fare for a whole day, and would like to take you to any place for fun, touring, shopping, massage, restaurants and chicks. They are so pleasant that they wear a smiling face all the time and show good hospitalities.
The truth is no matter where they bring you to , literally, everywhere. They get commissions. Of course, I don't mind they get commissions if the price is reasonable. The fact is , in order to compensate the commission, the owners would boots up the price to the sky. e.g., an hour massage by local or a return customer is $25, the listed price is $60.
A Karoke that I went in Haihou , the 1 day we went there, spent $3,600 for the house bill, and each girl $1,200 over-night.
The next day, we went there with a local guy, spent only $1,200 for the house bill , and $700 each girl for over-night.
Samething happens in Sanya !!!!
