perminant race track? i doubt if it is just a joke... how can you compare the profit making ability with a residential, commercial and entertainment complex against a world class race track? even if we treat it as a travel product development, i doubt if it could sustain a positive P&L at all...

起碼有個開始, 然後再睇下有冇機會. 千其唔好似普選, 到2047我地退休都未有.

其實由細到大, d識睇相既人都話我命薄... 有個仲批我過唔到30... 果年真係差d因為SARS走左...

fast cars , life on the edge,

that 's a romantic life ......

so even SARS can't get u, you should be living everyday with head up high, proud & thankful.

No no , although we HK gys can t afford the track , its pity that a place too boring to live in .and lack of competition w our neighor cities .....

yes, i'm thankful... and i do know i've been very lucky when compared to most of other peoples in this world...

are you sure HK's Lack Of Competitive Edges over our neighbour cities?  HK has an internationally recognised & well developed infrastructure system, the thorough and established legal system, and non-stopping nights of simple, fun & colourful, u name it lifestyles for your selection.  these are somewhat no other neighbour cities can even compare!  Yet, it's something that made HK an important gateway city in Asia and something that made us pround!

HK is a boring place??  how many neighbour cities you've been to and how long have you spent time in each city??  I bet u don't really know how other cities are like if you're living & working there!  then, you'll realise what "boring" really means!  otherwise, the high life in Tokyo & New Year can merely satisfly your excessive needs!!  but be prepared to pay more than you can make in those cities.

having an international race track can only fulfill the interest of a small group of popularity in hk, yet creating serious financial burndant onto all tax payers in hk is somewhat not to be pleased by our fellow citizens.  don't be so selfish la!

finally... why suggesting an A to A, B to B direct compeition? why trying to fight against our neighbour for a small piece of biscuit while throwing a much biggier piece of cake? i believe it'd definitely be mutually benefitial if each city has its own unique positioning leveraging on other neighbour cities, forming a strategical region that benefits all its member cities is the correct way!!
