Telemarketing Executive (Mortgage Retention)
Direct Banking, Consumer Banking

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/CHALLENGES:
•  You will be responsible for providing one-stop mortgage solution and professional mortgage services to existing customers, through inbound and outbound calls.

SELECTION CRITERIA:
•  Marketing and sales experience in banking industry or financial institutions preferred.
•  Experience of customer service and/or telemarketing an advantage.
•  Good knowledge of local property market.
•  Good communication and negotiation skills with excellent telephone manner.
•  A strong drive to achieve sales targets and able to work under pressure.

我只是做過Marketing , Sales , CS . 同埋剛買了樓, 所以為睇了好多關於Bank &Mortgage 咁想做ja 。

可以指教一下嗎?

老實講當去見識。因為渣打的資料不多，看完都是一般的渣打歷史，現有的服務等。因為我沒有朋友在渣打工作，想了解多點，所以請問問各位大大知不知道渣打工作的文化，見工時要注意的事項，此職位的工資水平及副利等等。待我可以充分準備。

i work in SCB backoffice for about 6 months already

i think there are many post better than telesale...

If lacking experience you will need to sell your "people skills" as this is a sales position. You need to show the interviewer that you have a mature, professional and friendly attitude. Good communication skills are essential. Speak clearly, don't mumble and be to the point, don't ramble. Sales is a tough job, but this is a good entry point into the bank. You can build a career in the bank and/or transfer to another position within the bank after working a few years. Good luck.
