I try one time in CP KTV, if you not booking room, just stay at lobby then watching show, No DJ fee, just Min for 100, of course, you still have to pay to MM for 2-5-8 (drink will be depend on what you take)

From c-hing's report, 2-5-8 should be

200 for 坐枱費
500 for one Q
800 for overnight

hotel charge ~250 - 300 per night
round trip traffic ~100
dinner ~50

If overnight = 800 + 300 + 100 + 50 + K-charge = 1250 + K-charge

I don't know the K charge!!

My normal budget is $1,500 per 1 day and 1 night. Including everything.

I usually go to CP's PP Club by myself and pay around RMB600-RMB650 K charges plus RMB200 for DJ.  Over there, beer cost RMB38/bottle (with buy 1 get 1 free) and also need to pay around RMB150-200 for 开台小食 (nuts and fruits).

Calculation will be (roughly 'cause can't remember exactly):
  RMB456 (12 beers)
+RMB150 (nuts and fruits)
+RMB 90 (15% charges)
- RMB  80 (12% discount)
-------------
  RMB616 + RMB200 (DJ)

REMARK:  MOST IMPORTANT IS THE QUALITY OF THE GIRLS ARE GETTING WORSE. The reason I go there is just looking for a place to relax, play with my rice box, DJ, mommies and drink beers.

Brother 7-siu, that's not what I meant. As I mentioned earlier, I can't afford to go to K for fun as I have a tiger at home! What I can do is to steal jump for SN and share! That's what I've done all along.

For the K fun, I can be only CDROM. However, I think I've learnt a lot from you guys byn reading your posts. That's why my estimation of the cost is pretty accurate. And that's what I meant "my work as CDROM" i deserved!

PP Club is on the second floor of 常平廣場. You can walk from KY to Red C. You will see it within 5 mins after pass thru 翠華茶餐廳.

DJ is another girl that will be assigned to the K room and mainly to pour beers and 点歌. But usually you can also play 骰仔 with her and drink with her. But normally it will cost RMB200 without touching her.

But if you just want a simple KTV, you can go to 音樂龍 (量販式 pure KTV) right below 聯邦花園.

You should say it clearly that this is the California Red/neway in CP! I do not want to have brothers going up to this K. and asking for nui nui, although this place is popular during nui nuis non-working hours.
