唔係餵三聚氰安比乳牛食呀!你有沒有睇報紙架!
係直接加佢入牛奶,再加入水,使奶水增多,賣多啲錢。
It is almost impossible that farmers add melamine themselves.
Melamine is only slightly soluble.
Adding that much melamine in liquid milk requires large amount of water.
The amount of water will fement the milk.
Even if the water is germ free ( an "expensive" boiling process), that large amount of water will affect the colour and viscosity of the milk.
The ratio of fat and minerals in milk will also be reduced, this simply won't pass any visual or IQC test.
Rather it is a very simple process to add melamine powder in powder milk (in the production line).
Another postulation is that Sanluk designed a cheaper milk formula mixture with soy protein powder.
However, they purchased sub-standard powder and mixed with their milk powder causing this havoc.
But since Sanluk insisted milk farmers are to be blame and not naming soy protein provider, this postulation propabaly not the real culprit.
