- Degree holder
- At least 9 years solid experience in
handling secretarial and office administrative duties
- Experience in serve senior management position; e.g.
general manager / director / vp....etc.
- Fluent spoken and written in English and Chinese
(Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Independent correspondence, good interpersonal and
communication skills
- Computer skills : Word 50 - 60wpm. and Chinese Word 30 wpm.
- Willing to work with team members, helpful and flexible
- Stable, independent, detail-minded, hardworking and reliable
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
Responsibility :
- Serve Director
- General office administration and full secretarial duties
including phone coverage, arranging & coordinating meetings,
filing of materials etc
- Booking with travel agencies and hotels and follow up travel itineraries
- Being time-sensitive and detail-minded in organizing business work schedules
and completing tasks efficiently
- Work on ad-hoc and other tasks as directed
