Imporvement needed, from the top down

Via sending this comment, I may be kicked out of the forum for good yet I still want to put in my 2 cents.

Recently, one of my post was removed for some reasons that I did not understand but never got an answer from Maverick.

The forum is set up to refuse reply within 20 seconds of any posting yet there are tons of postings require reply prior to viewing.  What that means if that the owners are encouraging meaningless replies (to increase hits?) and punish those that want to read faster.  Just like "do as I said, not as I do". This is really annoying and does not make any sense.

Downloading speed is awful this side of the Pacific, no matter what kind of browser I am using.

I've been with this site for a long time and just can't help to see if anything out there is better.

Change needed, from the top down and should have a consistent policy.

1.  I think 20 seconds is reasonable.  

2.  we will try to improve the speed for overseas.  Pls be patient.  sorry.
