Why we need to wear shorts in Sauna is because of the stupid law .... as far as I'm told (i have not checked the law) when a man is being massaged by a woman, he has to wear shorts .... If you go to those 141 or unlicensed massage places they won't be applied. However in those unlicensed massage places they (are supposed to) massage the area above your shoulders and below your ankles .... of course most unlicensed massage places break these laws of massaging area in-between anyways so breaking the law of not wearing shorts is not actually a big deal .... Have you (I suppose you are all men) been to those sauna places where massages are performed by men only? You actually don't have to wear anything in those saunas. I tried a self-claimed Shanghai O**** where you are not provided with any shorts but actually wrapped up by a white towel .... on the side, I hope this is still a Veggie place .... that was the time when it was still in TST a few years ago rather than the CWB nowadays. .... some other sauna ladies told me that has been an AC/DC place (in the dark) all these time ....
