Enqueries of Batam girls

Brothers, anyone could advice me whether Batam is a safe place in terms of security and girls? Do I have to care about the cops when staying with a girl? Please suggest whether I'm better to play in Jakarta or Batam? I've heard a brother saying that it's not easy to reach bar or sauna in Batam, any good advices!
