Did not like it when I could not get into any one of the 2 girls’ flats on the 3rd floor so I tried again today. Got into the building and the lift was there on the ground floor. Good. Got inside and pressed 3. When I got out, the unit right in front of me had a ‘Please wait’ sign on. I thought, 'Not again!'
