Line for drawing line, erase for delete line, trim for cutting the line at intersection. Rectangle for drawing rectangle and so on.

L - to draw line
C - to draw circle
E - erase object
Z - zoom in or zoom out
R - redraw
F1 - help
F3 - Object snap on/off you can select end point/midpoint/intersect point if you draw
F8 - Orth on/off (if it is on you can draw horizontal & vertical line only)
You need to apply with the mouse together. Left click is select / Right click is excute or enter.
Dtext - create a text (double left click the text, you can edit the text directly)
This is base on AutoCAD 2005 version.

Yes Of course!
F - Fillet - select two lines and type the radius (R) round corner will form
Polygon - draw triangle, square, pentagon, hexagon etc.
TR - Trim line
M - Move object
Dtext / Text - Can type the text
Use mouse double click the text - the text can edit
Leader - draw the arrow and then text (description)
Bhatch - Hatch the close polyline (can select the hatch type)
Dim - draw the dimension line (<Dim> and then <Hor> - for horizontal dimension <ver> - for vertical dimension
You can try the above command first!
