I respect your opinion. However, as a loyal customer, I will complain to the manageress as this can harm the service in long run. Let me explain :
- BG unreasonably requests for more
- client unhappily accepts
- client has a bad feel of the place
- client does not turn up again
- total business falls
- less clients; less income for boss/BGs
- unhappy staff (both workers and BGs)
- worse services + good BG leaving
- less good choices
- even less clients
- even unhappier staff..........
The place then turns into a failure. If Lotus recognized the problem and their bosses could rectify, we were still enjoying a good place inTST.
I am interested in learning which BG turned black faces after their requests were not accepted. From my experience, it never happened in Rainbow.
