true. most were caught in chain hotels & local 旅館. not heard of such things happen in 4 & 5 stars. individual ones like those i'm staying in are ok.
and remember one thing: 坦白從嚴

what is scaring is that it happened at the main entrance of the hotel/service apartments, not in the room.

there is no place that is absolutely safe..  There were incidences that raids happened in 5 star hotels but likely, a 4/5 star hotel is safer than that low-end hotel...

went to a sauna last week that does DG style service; choose girl from goldfish bowl, water bed, red strings.... etc. but ¥780 and girl quality is only soso.... but i see a lot of Japanese and Korean customers...

most famous SNs in Shanghai practices similar DG style, but of course there are differences. GY 1,2,3 would focus more on water bed while some others like the old Shanghai hotel focused more on red ropes and flying fxxk/bj, which GD/DG is not too popular (there are some).
