本人剛修讀business law...但有好多基本野未搞清楚,好亂...希望各位解答~thx

a公司係一間時裝設計有限公司
假如b小姐係呢間公司既designer, 係剪樣板既時候,唔小心,疏忽地用剪刀整到一個大客c小姐隻右眼,現在c小姐右眼的視力接近0
現在,c小姐想告間公司同b小姐...c小姐預計有5百萬賠償

我想問上述case應該去邊度審?c小姐係唔係應該從criminal 方面起訴

希望各位解答...唔該

The customer should sue the company and the company's designer in the Court of First Instance in the High Court, since the quantum of damages is likely more than HK$1m due to the loss of the eye sight in the customer's right eye, assuming that she is employable, earning decent salaries and not close to her retirement age.

The customer must sue the defendants within 3 years after the incident, and should consult a law firm a.s.a.p.  If she cannot afford to commence this kind of personal injuries claims against the defendants, she should go the Legal Aid Department at the Queensway Government Offices for help.
