CORPORATE FINANCE ASSOCIATE (REF. NO.: 03438)
On behalf of our client, a leading Investment Bank, we are inviting application for the position of Corporate Finance.
Responsibilities:-
The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of corporate finance activities, especially IPO execution. His / her responsibilities will cover pitching, develop financial models, perform due diligence, valuation and financial analyses and prepare new proposals. He / she will also be required to execute mandated transactions including managing client relationships, assisting in the documentation process, coordinating the activities of the working group as well as liaising with the relevant regulatory authorities.
Requirements:-
Minimum Honours Degree from a reputable university.
Accountancy, legal, MBA and/or CFA qualification will be advantageous.
2 - 3 years' strong experience in IPO execution and other corporate finance experience gained with US or European investment banks. Preference will be given to those having work experience at the IPO Transaction, Listing Division of HK Exchanges and Clearing Ltd.
Possess good accounting knowledge, strong analytical, communication and writing skills, with proven ability to perform financial modeling and financial analysis.
Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and wording processing applications.
Good organizational ability, methodical and with a keen eye for detail.
Fluency in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written, is a must.
