I think it doesn't cost you money to do so, and if you don't mind the hassle of filling in the forms, etc., why not.  I think it makes a differnece if you are in public practice.  Otherwise, it adds little value, and I never bother to apply.

Agreed. Not much use in commercial field.

除非你重係junior, 俾人知道你巳經fellow好無引

I think membership fee is same as normal member.
