I posted some pics to Legs, feet or foot Forum, and some of the pics were banned because of a guy knows many friends in those pics. so Those pics need to be ban.. it's unfair?  I have those pics legally and those people put on their uniform pics in the public by themselves. As Edision chan said, I am fail to be a role model but I want to flight for my right. Please discuss..

版權的持有人當然可以ban 你轉載的照片 la!

持有人upload to a public website.. As i said public.. then what do you think lei?

持有人上載到公共論壇，公開被人閱覽，並不代表持有人願意被轉載，無論閣下有否出售，這是一個很根本的問題。

one simple question, did u or did u not take those photos by yourself??  You only need to reply, "Yes" or "No"... it's a fairly simple question.

if those photos were taken by you and the people(s) featured in the photos were informed and permitted you to take those photographs, then u do own the publishing rights of those photos.

otherwise, u've already infringed the intellectural rights of the original photographer.

Alright, then i believe most then 80% of the pics form this froum need to close down if we agree with the new rule.. right ma?

i'm not a legal expert but i believe this should be a civil issue, not a criminal issue, so it is up to the original photographer to decide whether he/she wants to take proper legal action against that/those person(s).  

thus, if no one raises objection against the posted photos, we would not discourage members from posting, cos they might have got usage approval from the original photographer prior to their postings, then it will be alright.

the above is jus my 2 cents, yet i do respect other's intellectural rights as much as possible.
