消息指，行政會議通過斥資逾300億元，興建來往香港和廣州的廣深港高速鐵路。

高速鐵路建成後，由香港往廣州只需48分鐘。鐵路會由香港政府全資興建，再以50年服務經營權模式，租借給港鐵營運。

高速鐵路的香港總站在西九龍，車站上蓋的物業權歸政府所有。

消息指，港鐵可以參考直通車的運作模式，收益與內地拆賬，或者兩者組成一間合營公司營運。

According to my momory, it will pass through Humen, not CP, then to Guanguang. Takes 90 minutes only. But whether stop in HM or not, I don't know.

哈哈，可以改名為"廣深港輸精鐵路"！！！
