That is very bad service and I assumed they took down your contact phone no.  and should contact you before assigning #33 to other customers ......

Years ago, I had similar experience. It is acceptable that when you not arrive the sauna and the manager assign another customer to the bg (both of them hope to maximize their revenue, it is OK) but should not allow the customer add extra session when you arrive the sauna. Since you book the bg by phone in advance, you should have first priority to take the bg. Same as you, I am very angry with this arrangement, and most of time, I will not visit this sauna again !

Sorry to hear about that, however, it's the normal practice for the sauna to treat the not frequent customers. It can t e helped.

All saunas are the same. I just had similar experience in another one at TST. The manager treated you transparence, let you wait alone 30 minutes without services. When a frequent customers come-in, then she went to chate with him immediately.

This is unforgivable. I understand the bg want to maximize revenue. Sometime people made an appointment and did not show up, they often double book. In your case, you arrived 1/2 hour early, they should repect your appointment.
