Sorry to hear your unhappy experience. Sometimes, luck is important. However, preparation is important as well.
At CA, there is only 1 place (I couldnot recall the name though) for fish bowl. In most snas, manager just brings in girls, 4-6/rounds, and as many ronuds as you have finished seeing all of them.. For real fish bowl expreience, better go to Shanghai.
At TDWX, I did not know what time you went but from what I observed last week (9pm), the quality was quite good, i shortlisted 2 after seeing 40-50 girls and the girl I chose was very good, 1 of the top 3 I tried this year. May be I have a low expectations and like pork chops.
金像獎 is not the place for wild K. Besidse, the quality, I could say, is so-so. As Hongkonger gor and other big brothers have mentioned, did not expect much from this place during this opening period but if you are lucky, you could still find some good food (HKer had got his girl that excited him enough to do 4Q).
Regarind M, it was their mistakes not to say it in advance. When we screened the girls, we asked the managers and the girls and confirm they were ok or not. Sometimes, we would still go ahead choosing those who are not convenient to live up the atmosphere but it is customer rights to know if the girls are convenient or not.
