Heard from management that they have sold their business to the people who run 環保桑拿...things will change, but in the next few months.  Too bad...this is one of the more quiet and "home feel" 桑拿 in HK.

no changes until may 1.  heard that prices will be changed to meal plan, but they may still offer veg svcs--one sauna two systems lah.

the rumours says there will be no change until the license is renewed which is a wise move.

The official change date will be 28May. According to the BG, the new price will be similar to TST and possible higher too.
All BG will hv a new English name attached to their number.
Some painting already done in the shower room and lobby.
I wonder how amny customer they can get under this kind of economy situation and their shop location! I think the only winner in this tranction is may jei and Wai gor!!!

Was there last night...The latest is there will be a change of price from today(let's see)...It will be 8xx for old customer and over 1K for new customer wor but no need to pay tips anymore ..Let's see...The BG will have to sign new contract and discount period start from 10pm instead of 8pm.

What's the price 8xx means? Just pure dup or included HJ? I won't pay 8xx for pure dup for sure and even HJ is relatively expensive for the BG quality!!! Unless there will be some new younger and good figure BG provide the service. Otherwise I rather go to Hoi Tin instead! At least the BG quality is much higher!

I was there last week and the staff said they would increase the price to about $1,000, hj.

It would be a pity that this homely vegi place will disappear...Sure for HJ, it will have to compete in a different market segment. 8xx HJ would not be very competitive price in North point nor Causeway Bay.

SH30 is a wholly different place from Rainbow.  All BG of 40s to give hj and you charge $800-1000 for that, in a shitting location?  How silly

Totally agreed. I think I'll pass for a 40+ BG to do hand job for me.   and I think most BG I know there would not bother with providing HJ either. So they will disappear sooner or later if it goes 45 degree. Somehow I think I'll still go and enjoy the place if this as a vegi place(even if they increas the price). But if it is a 45 degree place, I'll need to think twice.

Many BG will leave and move to other vegi places.  I will not go if they charge $800-1000, hj by BG of over 40s.  I would rather go to Rainbow, pay $200 more and get young BG.

It sad to see a good SN to close down. I have been a regular customer for almost 4 years. It's a good place can have excellent proper massage. Specially the massage bed, it's very difficult to find a massage bed good as SH30's in HK SN industry.

Totally agree.  Sometimes I just want to go to a pure vegi place to relax and get a proper massage, and SH 30 was the right place.  now it is going to be an airport, i just don't know if any of the sifu's will even bother staying
