I have ben there on past Sunday at around 7pm, all the light are switch off on that night and I though there may be an action, so i ahven't go into there and just stay in a restaurant. After 30 minutes, the situation still the same but I have seen that there are lots of ppl going in and out, thus, I walk into it and quickly pick up a target. From the way we walk back to the hotel, I have asked her the reason for no lights in the street, she said they don't want to keep too noisy and attractive, so none of the shop dare to switch on the light.

Do any brother experience that?
