Had a wonderful night with old buddies. 2 table wines and 1 Super Tuscan. Below is TNs:

An Australian white which is produced by HK Wine Society's chairman, Barry Burton and blended by 3 kinds of grape, namely Sauvignon Blanc, Semilion & Viognier. Sauvignon Blanc nose dominates, flowery, light golden in colour, zesty, light bodied but refreshing. A good drink in hot Summer.

Peppery nose, deep red, light bodied, quite simple and easy to drink. Good to match with Chinese dish.

Tonight's main wine. Toasted oak nose, opaque, brick red rim reveals wine beginning to mature, medium-full bodied, silky, herbs, licorice, sandalwood... fine and mellow tannins, ends with a long finish. Masseto really never disappoints me.
