as i recognized, the management did not protect the bg well.....

Sad to hear the latest news about SS. Haven't been to there for some months (and haven't written in any forum for months).  And it happened a bg called me today. Think their business might not be good as well.

she too good in part 2 absolute ...

Really sound great to me..... missing SS for months after becoming a regular customer for years, as, in my opinion, their quality (on both bg & service) is downsliding. Your post make me to give SS another chance... may visit again in the coming days!
