Want to cut one SP but cannot la...both SPs are so good...especially JJ is so unbilievably 痴情。。。
LB is more than 2.5 years and will keep her for the years to come....
However， i will do all the best to see more new MMs......got one already on the 2nd...

In real work, I manage projects and tasks every minute, things must be well organized....numerous ISO standard, rules and regulations must also be followed.
Poor me..........

After each trip to China, usually I will make use of Excel spreadsheet to keep records regarding BG #, her appearance and overall performance, and total expenses for the day.
That's the reason why I can get such yearly number so easy. (Vlookup)

I will suggest you to see your SPs once every 2 weeks instead of every week and you could free up more time for new girls!  haha.. provided that you do not recruit more SPs..
