All changed I went to the reception to pay.  Now, I was expecting to be asked if I would like to tip - and would have been happy to do so.  In my apprehension about this, I decided not to say anything and just pay the bill.  What a loser - I know.  I didn't really know how it worked and shoudl have asked - but I didn't.
