Unless the menu is tailor made by yr nutritionist, ohter wise, it is not suggested to following any weight loss menu because :
YoYo effect : if the meal menu is too low in Kcal which cannot fullfil yr basic requirement. yr body will regard yrself as starvation. to protect yrself, yr body will automatically slow down yr metabolic rate ( therefore every part of yr body is in slow motion....e.g. easy to feel tire, easy to get ill. ) so as to save energy.
in this way, no matter how little you eat, your body will automatically adjust so that yr weight will stop further decreasing.
Once you back to normal meal, to prepare for another starvation situation, yr body will store more fat than before. So most people will get EVEN FATTER than before when they back to normal meal.
Since you hardly clearly know yr need of kcal and nutrient, it is silly to follow the menu of other people.
(the trousre fit for me does not means it is fit for you also)
