You may choose "米X假日" Hotel.  I tried the sauna there. ML is provided and the price is about 700.  Another option is the sauna in "Xinqiao" hotel. No ML, bj only.

Yes, it is 5-star and only $700. Good service too.

Another good one is on the top floor of the hotel in the Train Station. $800 with a large variety to choose from.
