Is Time to Review the Bonus, right?

Is Time to Review the Bonus, right?

Hi All, as 2006 is coming to the end.  I think most of us are thinking for the bonus to get for this year.  In 2005 most of the 5 stars have 3 month bonus, while 4 stars is having around 2-2.5.  So what do you think for 2006.  Business is much better than 2005.  Bonus Should be higher, right? Bros

the company deduct the approximate amount before paying out our wages gar!!!
it's kinda like other countries... where the govt doesn't have to worry about chasing back yr tax...
here.. the tax system is damn simple.. no examption... thus, they charge u on whatever u'r making...
u know what??? i'm paying more tax here than i was in hk...
cos.. no dependent parental tax examption

Yes for overseas. But is this common practice in Macau? Certainly, no HK employers will deduct tax from their employees payroll!

yes ar... it's a common practise here.  the employer kept a certain amount of your salary each month and is responsible to pay the tax to the government on the employees' behalf.

My friend moved his office to Macau and got a 10-year tax holiday for the company, and, as I recall, was extended to the employees..
