Okay, I don't know how's the real recipe like, but this is the way how I would go about it
1. make a cream based sauce - make a roux (french term for butter and flour mix), heat it in a pan gently, brown it a bit and add in dry white wine, chicken stock and cream, stir it frequently until thickens, season with salt and pepper. Add in spinach until it's cooked.
2. open up the oysters and set aside
3. pour the spinach cream mixture on top of the oysters, grind some cheese on top (I would use Parmesan cheese)
4. bake at oven until golden brown on top
