Yes , it is real . 不過今時今日如果想工作/事業有 d 成果有 d ..發展.............long working time is one of the elements ....
上司都期待員工 work hard + work smart .............
I think I'm also a 上司 of 10 staff in my dept ..................I thinking the same .......and my boss also thinking the same , right ?

I work in French style kitchen for almost 20 yrs ..............still very enjoy ............( of course , salary is ok la ...

)
and one thing ....work in kitchen , include free lunch/dinner , free coffee, free tea , free food tasting .................guy ......it save $$$$$ ah ..............
