[#1] 近年最錯的決定
Samsxxg呢間垃圾公司,我以後都唔會再用呢個牌子所有產品.
事源我新電話買左一個月唔夠,用左唔夠十次(我多數用iphone),部電話差完電之電開唔到機,之後今日放假拿去修理,等左兩小時都算.
之後去到見到果位客戶服務主任話我root左部機,要收$2500修理費.
我火都爆,我從來冇root過部機,之後佢堅持話我有,如果唔係唔會燒底板.
仲同我講:你有冇做過心知肚明啦!
我之後叫佢經理來.又係講廢話.仲話做唔做理問下自便,有咩野打去hotline反映.
我發誓我再用佢地產品,我唔再跟自己姓!
