so these days, i built a forum as XOCAT .

Maybe the mainland government forbit it.The winning11.com also forbit by the government in mainland.

Maybe you are right. Sometimes different ISP will have different loophole.  I could not access one site on a ISP in one hotel but OK in another hotel and vice versa.  So trying a few more ISP may give different result.

Thanks for your advice.  I will try proxy server only when I cannot access XOCAT  --  hopefully it will never happen.

I have so far no problem in CP hotel to access this forum ! Maybe I am just lucky ?

係呀, 雖然最近試過有一d時間上唔到, 但這不是xocat在大陸被ban所致, 而只是網絡故障而已,試過停了幾個鐘就resumes normal了!

Thanks brother.  I think that I am asking a question that a lot of brothers may face while in China.
A number of websites are banned or restrained by the government so we cannot access it.  Years ago, there were some public proxy servers available so that you could access it first and then went to the desired site. Now those proxy server sites are not available.
If your current proxy server can access XOCAT via another site, then in theory it can be set up so that we can make use of it to access other sites.
