Oh NO, you are correct, it is 3 seats (I have made mistake because of the photo angle -door has hidden the right seat)

i also need a second look to realise it's a 3-seats car!

3-seats maybe a good selling points:

1) ususally this type car is NOT for "mother-in-law" now you can consider to take her

2) If you have done something wrong (maybe because of this car or inside this car), then 9-months later, you can have baby seat in between without changing a new car

3) If you have dog (or any pet), you got a dog-seat

4) If you have 2 girl friends (or boy friends)...... Oh (unless you can make sure they are not fighting inside your car before you take them)

i dont know about hk or other places in asia/europe...but its illegal to do so in canada (people tried to do that with a smart fortwo and they got ticketed)
