I think you have suffered from a laceration of artery inside your penis.  Don’t take this as a minor injury, because it might result in a scar that inhibits blood flow and prevents uniform expansion of the penis, and in eventual irreversible impotence.  I recommend you see urologist immediately.  I can give you a referral, if necessary.

In the meantime, do not take any medicine or food that could expedite soft-tissue growing.  The solution is to slow down the pace of tissue growing, so that no scar would result from the recovery.

You should avoid sex for at least 4 weeks.

Hi Koolar, I was just feeling better physically and psycologically today until I read your comments.  I went to an urologist in China hospital and he just gave me some medicines.  I believe these medicines are to prevent infection and told me to rest for a few days.   I have tried not to think about sex to prevent getting an erection, but I did woke up with an erection this morning and my penis looks fine.  So I think the expension of my penis is ok.  Nevetheless, I'll feel better seeing a HK doctor to be safe.  Pls advise your referral soonest.  Thanks.  I hope it is in TST area or Kowloon area.
