Less is not the appropriate word for that situation anyway, I would rewrite it as:

Do you think that Wendy's talent is weaker than Jenny?

nonononononono.......I can guarantee "X is lesser than Y." is more widely use than "X is less than Y", no matter it's orally or essay paper.
